Pirates bail hearing the verdict on May 15
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia Orphanage Trust graft cases leave-to-appeal challenging the High Court bail hearing has ended.
Tuesday, May 15, at the order of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the set.
Khaleda Zia's bail hearing on the application to suspend the ACC and the state Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain passed the order on Wednesday after a four-member Supreme Court bench headed.
Before the hearing began on Tuesday. And today adjourned the hearing until 15 minutes from 9am to 1pm, the court heard arguments on both sides.
February 8 at the Zia Orphanage Trust corruption case of former prime minister and BNP chairperson -5 special court convicted and sentenced to five years.
Nizamuddin Road in the city's old jail the same day the verdict was sent to him. He is currently there.
In the last four months in the case, the High Court granted bail to Khaleda Zia on March 1.
On March 15, the two leave-to-appeal challenging the High Court for bail and the prosecution filed.
At the preliminary hearing of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on March 19 the period of her bail was postponed until May 8.
After hearing the arguments of both sides on May 8 and 9. Her bail was set for May 15, appealed to the bench for the order in question.
